Supreme Commander

The military rank of Supreme Commander was exclusive to the Republic and Alliance governments and was a superior commissioned officer rank which was held only by one person, and that was Gavin Darkstar the Chief of State of the Galactic Alliance (Darkstar). The rank of Supreme Commander entitled the person command over all military units without question, they were only answerable to themselves or the Chief of State/Supreme Chancellor.
